Yang Flow: An active and dynamic practice to develop strength and mobility in muscles, to increase fluid content as well as to mobilize energy throughout the entire body. Yang poses done in the beginning of practice focuses the mind and calm the nervous system.

Yin Yoga: A slower, deeper practice in a heated studio that targets the connective issue (ligaments, bones and joints) and stimulates the channels/meridians (Chinese medicine) to bring balance into the organ body. Yin poses are held anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes! And generally focus on the tissue in hips, pelvis and lower spine. Suitable for all levels. Yin yoga is a perfect complement to an active practice as it deeply stretches and increases joint mobility.
