Sage Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra is a systematic approach for understanding the human mind and its workings. This ancient yet timeless yogic text is full of insights and gives us practical tools to calm and harness the mind.

In today’s busy lifestyle and age of mental distraction, the sounds and wisdom of yoga sutra(s) serves as a refreshing healing tonic for our mind, body and spirit.

In this monthly yoga sutra circle we will look at these verses as a community and cultivate deep understanding about ourselves.

Each 90-minute session starts with invocation to the sage, learning selected sutras in Sanskrit, working towards memorization, discussion on meaning and a take home practices to apply in daily life.
