This meditation workshop will provide you with simple tips and techniques to establish a personal home practice. During Meditation we learn to focus and tie the strands of mind together which calms and clears the mind. Regular practice has shown to lower blood pressure, improve immunity, allows one to to cope with chronic pain, anxiety and depression .
